The Singles Network Ministries sole purpose is...
to assist pastors and leaders in building and maintaining their single's ministry. Successful singles ministry starts with helping single adults to:
1. Develop their identity in Christ
2. Find fulfillment in Christ
3. Pursue relationships with other believers
4. Grow in their relationship with Christ
5. Learn to disciple others
Developing a single adult ministry is not about hosting social events or providing an environment for finding a mate, although heaven forbid you find your spouse in church. Instead, it's about teaching single adults to find Christ, become whole and, in turn, teach others to do the same. Relationships with each other will develop naturally as a result of group members having right relationships with Christ.
How We Do It
We accomplish this through consulting, speaking, conferences, seminars, and leadership development activities primarily led by Kris Swiatocho, our director. We also have a great source of other pastors, directors and leaders who contribute articles, comments and ideas for singles ministry. For the past many years we have also held Navigate Leader Retreats and conferences around the country, specifically geared towards training and equipping leaders in singles ministry. Depending on the structure the host church desires, it can involve other teachers and leaders of singles ministry.
Note: In 2013 we took over the leadership of the annual singles and leaders retreat held by Lifeway at Ridgecrest Conference center for 35 years. We have sinced moved it to Bonclarken Conference Center in Flat Rock, NC (in the mountains). For more info, go to www.Labordaysingles.org.

Gary Justice, Kris Swiatocho
1995 - The Triangle Singles Network is founded by Pastor Chuck Milian of Crossroads Fellowship Church and Craig Seibert of SOLO a Campus Crusade for Christ ministry as an outreach for to single adults in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. Later, Gary and Carolyn Justice would lead the ministry under the leadership of Priority Associates, a Campus Crusade Ministry. It's goal was to network churches, provided leadership development and support as well as a monthly gathering for singles called Believer's Community. Believer's Community was very successful in it's outreach to singles not only in the Raleigh-Durham area but other cities 2 or more hours away.
2000 - The Triangle Singles Network changes its name to the The Singles Network to allow more growth outside the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. The "monthly gathering" part of The Singles Network, called "Believers Community" moved to Crossroads Fellowship in Raleigh, NC led by Pastor Bryan Finley and Kris Swiatocho, an affiliate staff member with Campus Crusade for Christ while the leadership and networking stayed with Priority Associates. Fusion, a singles ministry geared towards twenty-somethings was also formed underneath The Singles Network and led by Kris Swiatocho with the goal of reaching young adult singles.
2002- Fusion Singles merges with The Singles Network. Gary and Carolyn turn the reins over to Kris Swiatocho. The name is changed to TheSinglesNetwork.org Ministries, a stand-alone, ministry led by Kris Swiatocho. Believer's Community would stay underneath the leadership of Pastor Bryan Finley only.
In the many years since, The Singles Network Ministries has grown ten-fold. We have moved beyond North Carolina to the world including our ministry in the UK, Europe, and Uganda, developing and growing single adults, their leaders and pastors. As a result of God's vision at the start using Chuck Milian, Craig Seibert, Gary and Carolyn Justice, and the ongoing work through Kris Swiatocho (and the advisory board), The Singles Network Ministries has reach millions. Thank you Gary and Carolyn for your commitment and faithfulness and the legacy you have left.
I have known Kris Swiatocho for the past 18 years. She has spoken at numerous events that I have sponsored, and I have been the co-speaker with her at several other events and conferences over the years. She is Biblically sound, high-energy, funny and sometimes downright hilarious.
