The Singles Network
At The Singles Network, our sole purpose is to assist pastors and leaders in building and maintaining their single's ministry. Successful singles ministry starts with helping single adults to:
1. Develop their identity in Christ 2. Find fulfillment in Christ 3. Pursue relationships with other believers 4. Grow in their relationship with Christ 5. Learn to disciple others Developing a single adult ministry is not about hosting social events or providing an environment for finding a mate. Instead, it's about teaching single adults to find Christ and, in turn, teach others to do the same. Relationships with each other will develop naturally as a result of group members having right relationships with Christ. How We Do It TheSinglesNetwork.org Ministries is a ministry for singles, their leaders, and their pastors; we're dedicated to helping churches evaluate, develop, and support their singles ministries. We accomplish this through consulting, speaking, conferences, seminars, and leadership development activities. Through Kris Swiatocho, our Director's high-energy speaking engagements, results-oriented consulting and training, and resource-sharing, TheSinglesNetwork.org Ministries is making a difference for those who nurture and build singles ministries. This web site alone, with an average of over 40,000 page views each month, has become a high-value resource for singles and their leaders. But the web site is just the beginning. The Singles Network
 Gary Justice, Kris Swiatocho
Our History
1995- The Triangle Singles Network is founded by Gary and Carolyn Justice as a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ under the leadership of Priority Associates in Raleigh, North Carolina. It's goal was to network churches, provided leadership development and support as well as a monthly gathering for singles (which was very successful). 2000- The Triangle Singles Network changes its name to the The Singles Network to allow more growth outside the Raleigh, NC area. The "monthly gathering" part of The Singles Network, called "Believers Community" is moved to Crossroads Fellowship in Raleigh, NC while the leadership and networking stayed with Priority Associates. Fusion, a singles ministry geared towards twenty-somethings is also formed underneath The Singles Network and is led by Kris Swiatocho, an affiliate staff member with Campus Crusade for Christ. 2002- Fusion Singles merges with The Singles Network. Gary and Carolyn turn the reins over to Kris Swiatocho. The name is changed to TheSinglesNetwork.org Ministries, a stand-alone, ministry led by Kris Swiatocho. In the many years since, TheSinglesNetwork.org Ministries has grown ten-fold. We have moved beyond North Carolina to the world, developing and growing single adults, their leaders and pastors. As a result of God's vision at the start using Gary and Carolyn Justice, and the ongoing work through Kris Swiatocho (and the advisory board and so many volunteers), TheSinglesNetwork.org Ministries has reach millions. Thank you Gary and Carolyn for your commitment and faithfulness and the legacy you have left. |
