After I finished God told me I wasn't done. I glanced over at Shirley and Don's yard, a neighbor two doors down and over. Don is a shut-in and has a hard time walking. His wife works a full time job, barely putting food on the table. For the past 10 years their other neighbor, Mr. High had been mowing their yard. I would see him out there during the summer but figured he was picking up some extra cash. I would find out this past December, after a fatal stroke, that he had been cutting their grass for free. All these years, he would cut, mulch, weed-eat, trim, etc..for free. So I decided it was my turn to do what I could. After I finished mowing Don and Shirley's grass I decided to mow Mr. High's back yard. I know his wife's a widow now and could probably use the help. Because I have a riding lawn mower I wasn't able to do her front yard (small with tons of flowers and special plants.) I figure, hey, Mr. High have given so much to others, it was now his turn or rather his families. I wish I had gotten to know Mr. High better. I look forward to spending eternity with him in Heaven.
Thank you Lord for the honor of being used by you to do your work in your power and strength and Holy Spirit. Not by my will but yours, be done.
Matthew 6:10
