Time: 5:30–9:30 PM (Doors open at 5:00 PM) Location: Refuge Baptist Church Fellowship Hall (FLC), 117 Oleta Rd., Hendersonville, NC The Fellowship Hall is located in a separate building across the street from the church. Just follow the signs! What to Bring: • A food item for the Taco Bar and/or a dessert (Sign up here) • An old-school unwrapped Christmas ornament to hang on our tree/exchange (It can be new or in good condition with a vintage or retro style) • Photocopy of yourself/family from Olan Mills and/or Glamour Shots What to Wear: Your favorite casual style from the 80s/90's and/or Christmas. Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to someone else if your plans change. Registering more than one person? Please include the name, phone number, and/or email address for each additional guest so we can make sure everyone is properly registered. Food Sign-Up: After registering, please sign up for the food item you plan to bring. We kindly ask that you arrive on time (doors open at 5pm) so we have enough time to set out your dish or warm it if needed. If you think you'll be arriving late, we encourage you to bring a dessert instead. Also, please label your container and serving utensil with your name and/or use disposable containers/utensils.
