International Ministry Partnerships

God has opened incredible doors for Kris Swiatocho Ministries to serve leaders, churches, and ministries around the world. Rather than simply traveling to speak at conferences, our heart is to build long-term relationships that strengthen local ministries for lasting Kingdom impact.

Each year, I travel internationally to teach, encourage, and equip pastors, ministry leaders, singles leaders, women, and churches through conferences, retreats, leadership training, discipleship, and one-on-one mentoring. These trips are not isolated events—they are part of ongoing partnerships with men and women who are faithfully serving Christ in their own communities.

Throughout the year, I continue investing in these leaders through monthly mentoring, coaching, prayer, Zoom meetings, emails, and resource development. Together, we discuss ministry challenges, leadership growth, discipleship strategies, outreach, and ways to strengthen the local church. My desire is not to build my ministry overseas, but to help others build healthy, Christ-centered ministries where God has called them.

These partnerships currently span several countries, including Greece, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, England, and beyond, with opportunities continuing to grow. We also provide ministry resources, Bible studies, leadership materials, and practical encouragement that can be translated and adapted for different cultures and ministry settings.

Our vision is simple: to encourage the encouragers, strengthen the local church, develop healthy leaders, and help people experience a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Through prayer, training, mentoring, and ongoing partnership, we are privileged to watch God transform lives, families, churches, and communities around the world.

Every trip, every conversation, every training session, and every prayer is an investment in raising up leaders who will continue making disciples long after we return home.
The first time I met Kris was three or four years ago, but it felt as if we had always been friends! She came to minister at our church in Xylokeriza, a village near Corinth, Greece, and she has continued to come back every year.

Kris is compassionate, loving, and generous toward everyone, without exception. She is also very simple and humble, like Jesus, and sensitive to the needs of the people around her.
In the spring of 2025, Kris preached at our Sunday morning service and also at our women’s meeting. I still remember her message about being compassionate and merciful toward others. She shared openly about how the Lord had changed her through the years—how He convicted her in this area and how she allowed the Holy Spirit to change her heart. She wasn’t afraid to share her own mistakes and shortcomings in order to communicate the importance of the message. To me, that is a genuine sign of a true person of God.

Then, when Kris returned in April 2026, she did something I will never forget. Before our women’s meeting, she asked me to look at some handmade jewelry created by one of the women who occasionally attends our church. I had previously told Kris that I had never bought any because I simply couldn’t afford it. Kris told me to choose whatever I liked, and she wouldn’t take no for an answer! She came alongside me, helped me look at different pieces, and finally told me that Jesus wanted me to have one.

And I did!

What touched me so much was that Kris wasn’t only thinking about blessing me—she was also thinking about blessing the woman who made the jewelry. She wanted to encourage both of us and bring joy to both of us. To me, that is what it looks like to love like Jesus.

I am so grateful that the Lord brought Kris to us, and I am so thankful for what He is doing in her and through her. It is extremely important to meet people who actually live what they preach.
